Probiotic

Probiotic means “for life” where antibiotic means “anti-life.”

Probiotics are good bacteria that fight the bad bacteria which accumulate or feed off your digestive tract. Those bad bacteria are the most likely cause of irritable bowel syndrome; irritated intestines that cause you to have a mixture of diarrhea and constipation.

Bad Bacteria interfere with your intestine’s productivity & prevents them from attaining the required nutrients.  Bad bacteria weaken our immune system causing us to have less energy and get sick more often.

Some of the things that cause bad bacteria to grow are the use of antibiotics, a poor diet, poor elimination of waste, and not enough fiber in your diet.

The presence of bad bacteria can be characterized by aggression, irritability, sleep problems, foul-smelling stools, and bad breath to name a few.

Most everybody should be supplementing probiotics into their diet. Probiotics help the digestion process and eliminate the bad bacteria out of our system. Probiotics also have antifungal properties and are very effective in eliminating yeast and other types of fungi from the body

The Probiotic I recommend people to take is the UltraFlora BiomePro.
