Antioxidants can slow cell destruction by neutralizing free radicals that can cause cell damage. Free radicals are caused by smoking, alcohol, stress, pollution, and many other things including elevated body temperature from exercising. So it is very important to consume as many antioxidants as you can. 

Free radicals can cause rapid aging, cancer, and many other diseases including Alzheimer’s.  Consuming antioxidants will help rid free radicals giving you more energy and less pain.

You can find antioxidants mostly in berries especially Acai berries. You can also find them in krill oil and other fruits and vegetables. It is highly recommended for you to incorporate antioxidants into your daily food intakes.
