I hear a lot of people say that they have a particular problem because their mom and their grandma had it so they are likely to get it to. Well if you eat, live and stress like them then YES you sure well.  But if you change that lifestyle then you will most likely not receive that particular problem.

Eating horribly and not living a good lifestyle is going to alter your epigenome. With that being said you will have bad genes. But you can change that for the better. You have a chance to have good genes, you need to learn what’s healthy and what’s not then apply them.

Just know it is easier said then done, don’t give up and keep at it.
